Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. I'd like to introduce myself. I'm 40 years of age, female. My interests include music (any genre), reading a great novel, watching comedy, Restuaranting, and learning new things. I suffer from depression and anxiety. Depression feels very lonely for me. I'd like to reach out for some support. Thank you.

Yes I saw it on the news. I've also read the article.
When I was having serious problems with the antipsychotics- feet swelling and pain, I thought they would stop the injections straight away but to my horror they continued them. Then after nerve damage- continued them.
They didn't listen to me like they didn't listen to them. I know of many many others this has happened to.
I will bring up that when on a CTO if something serious goes wrong while drugged they ignore the need to take you off it. Even if not on a CTO this happens.
According to a senator 80,000 ppl per year die from psych drugs. That's his claim.
The danger of psych meds are overlooked I reckon. Writing this with nerve pain in my hand...

Hey Monkey,
So pleased about the oral meds .. hopefully, the tribunal will accept this and get you off the insidious injection & that particular med altogher. This gives me nightmares still.
I'm okay, just finished up with my new flatmate - he's just left. If you want to know the story about that, go to Ems thread.

Ems,
Why do abusers want to 'buy you back' and continue to taunt you? Power & control?
Ahaha, I would LOVE LOVE to work for Ms. Patten MP in ANY CAPACITY!! I've also been sticking up for her with the death threats she's been getting & ripping shreds of trolls who HATE HER on twitter. I think she's grateful for this. I like her and our values are very much aligned. GO Reason Party!!
I'm sorry to hear that your mum has dropped off more letters to you. Throw them in the bin, I say.
xx

Hi Blubes
2nd cup of hot Milo here... it's FREEZING.
We have another 3 parties here three weekends in a row for my multiple birth babies. One is tonight. Pretty low key. Next weekend is bigger.
I wrote about this on my thread... I CAN'T get an AVO against these people... not without alot more evidence. And it "helps" if there's evidence of a 'violent nature' since it's an "Apprehended Violence Order".
Letters with no threats. Are nothing. If I received 20 letters a day then SOMETHING.
Visits to kid's workplace by 3 different sets of people from same family over 5 days nothing.
Same person every day then SOME THING.
If an AVO was easy to get with just annoying letters and calls then half the companies in Australia would have AVOs against them lol.
It's extremely difficult to get an AVO here.
Police failed getting one against my mother and it took FIVE of them to get her out of my house. She was jailed even.
No AVO.
Same with ex.
There has been "little" contact. Annoying and triggering for us but nowhere NEAR enough to get an AVO.
Judges here use the most insane excuses for NOT placing AVOs on people. And they DO NOT like placing EXTRA charges on people when they breach an AVO.
So it's expensive (as Police have been unsuccessful I would have to engage a Lawyer every Court Hearing) and to no avail.
And I just want to say that an AVO does NOT protect a person AT ALL.
It's simply a piece of paper. Police in my cases have been unsuccessful so it would be all on me to collect evidence etc.
There's not enough evidence. And what I have is NOT of a "violent" nature.
I want them to stay away but I can't make them.

In answer to your "buy back" question I will answer best I can but the more you read then the better off you'll be.
There's a book called "But he say he loves me.." excellent. Scary too.
Buy back is what an abuser does when they think they've lost their victim / play thing / puppet.
Yes they want you back to keep doing what they want to do.
It's similar to "Narcissistic Supply".... you, me and other "victims" are like blood to Vampire.... they NEED IT.
We put up with their abuse for so long... they felt more ALIVE when they could abuse us. They ENJOYED it. They may even find it all very humorous. As ex does.... or did lol.
Inside it's mind right now, besides being massively hungover as it is from Thursday till Monday (hence no visits to kid's workplace)... it's LOVING this attention.
It LOVES seeing all these people around it, giving it huge swathes of sympathy. If it doesn't get enough sympathy or the cakes and beer supply has stopped then it cries and cried and people pour their sympathy out again.
It laughs inside. I saw it smirking SO MANY times at extremely inappropriate times.
Being a psychopath - seeing immense distress in others, even car accidents actually calms it, it needs these terrible situations.
It causes them too "by accident" so no one blames it. Loves the drama.
Or causes injury to it's own self - with bloodshed too! And loves the attention.
It has Munchausen's syndrome. Goes to Drs and specialists ALL THE TIME. More than weekly. I saw it in Court records.
IMO Abuse is more than an addiction. For some it IS them.
People might think that they have to say no. Okay yes. Initially so it's made clear.
But this makes no difference. In fact can be a red flag to a bull. Abusers HATE boundaries.
The more you say no and give all sorts of reasons WHY you say no.... it's all white noise to an abuser - They've GOT YOU just where they want you. Tangled in knots in front of them.
They love it!
One response only:
Zero Narcissistic supply.
No Contact.

Hey Ems,
I won't comment too much about your thread on AVO and it being "violent in nature", or stressing "apprehended violent order - being violent in nature" etc. save to say that yes, it would help and strengthen your case immensely with elements of violence, of course. Furthermore, police will act upon this.
I'll quote Cath and Kym 'I've got one word for you, Ems' ... stalking'. This is a Victorian organisation. victimsofcrime vic gov au/the-crime/types-of-crime/stalking
Wait until you've amassed enough letters.
Love always, Blubes. xx

If we lived in Victoria I KNOW this would have been handled well years ago.
Even Qld police appear more on top of these things than NSW.
I won't blame the NSW Police for our case falling down, although they were dismantling the DV squad here at exact same time - hence the shamozzle. So paperwork was not gathered and collated.... I would have done a better job myself.
It's the Judges in our Courts that are our real issue.
FAR TOO LENIENT.
If they could be personally sued after turning down an AVO application and then people end up dead, they'd CARE then!
It's all about the dollar.
Sickening.
I will try to find details for our state of same - if any exist lol.
Going shopping for last minute party things... oh dear lol.
Love EM
