Hey Mark
Has something in particular set you off do you think? I hope that you are ok and that we can find something to put a smile on your face. I see you have changed your pic too, really cook bike.
How is your son feeling? Hopefully he is feeling a little bit brighter today.
My kids are off for their first day of school today so I hope that they have a great day, although it is going to be 43 here in Melbourne...wow!
Huge hugs to you Mark and I am sitting there with you in spirit and think of you often and hope that I can help in making your day brighter.

HI Mark
I am so sorry you are feeling down and that you are really missing your friend today, well most days and I really feel for you and how much this has impacted your life.
It is another school year ahead and I think that your daughter is going to be fine, she sounds like she is enjoying it and that she has alot of support at school which is so wonderful. How is your son feeling today? Hopefully he is on the mend and will be back to good health soon.
How is the weather where you are? It is soo hot and humid here today, it is really yuk and so hard to feel comfortable really. I am looking forward to some cooler days next week.
Huge hugs to you Mark and I hope today is a good one for you.
Sarah xx

Hi sarah,my son went to school today after a few tears. The special needs teacher sent us a photo of him at his desk and he wrote a story about having fish and chips for dinner.
Unfortunately my daugter didnt go to school saying she was sick but i know its just anxiety and panic attacks. So another year of this by the looks of it.
I hope you are well and survived the heat wave ok.
Take care,
Mark.

Hey Mark
That is really tough that your daughter struggles with anxiety and it gets so bad that she is unwell and has to take the day off, that is really tough for her and for you too. I am so happy though that your son is better and that he had a great day after a pretty rough start.
You are so brave Mark and I can hear how tough this is for you, but you keep on going and you are the best father to those kids and they are so lucky to have you.
I hope the heat moves off soon and that you can have some relief from the weather, it really does make it hard when you struggle in the heat too.
I love the new pic that you have uploaded. Adorable xx
Chat some more tomorrow Mark
Huge hugs to you
Sarah

Hey Mark
I understand completely, I worry about mine too and how their day is going and how they are being treated and how they are coping in classes....the role of a parent is really tough. I try to tell myself that worrying about it only ruins my day as essentially I have no control over what happens during their day..I can't change it...so it only makes for a disturbed Sarah. I hope that this helps you too Mark and try to do somethings during the day that can take your mind off the kids and how they are going...get into those beautiful veggies and give your gorgeous cat a scratch.
The weather is nicer here today which is great, although I started the day with a flat battery..grr but all good now I have had a coffee and a chat to myself...lol
Your friend

Hi Sarah, the day for the kids started off bad as it was my ex's birthday and my son got the cake this morning out of the fridge that my daughter had made and my daughter got angry with my son and yelled at him which set him off and he trashed the whole house. After he had his medication he settled down and they both went to school.Hopefully he last the day.
A flat battery is very annoying as they just seem to happen without warning.
My cat has been wild this morning running in and out of the house,i dont know if its the weather as it is overcast with drizzly rain. She has settled down now.
Take care,
Your friend,
Mark.
