having such a horrible day today 😞 and here i was thinking that i was having more good than bad 😛 well this week has proved me wrong . I am in a major downward spiral sitting here at my work desk finding it hard not to burst into tears and the anxiety attack that is going with it has my stomach in knots. my body is aching all over and i am finding harder to function as the hours roll on over the last few days i have had a heap of veins explode and my hands are now all bruised and extremely sore not helping at all . the stupid irrational thoughts are back and i find myself over analyzing everything i have types this post over 5 times 😞 just wish everything would just settle down i really dont like where my head is heading praying for a better day 😞
Good to hear mate:) Little bit by little bit...u will get there!! Keep fighting, keep throwing punches & don't give up....once u beat depression..u will be a stronger person!! There will be some hard knocks now & then, but if u keep fighting & moving forward & don't give up, u will win this fight!! U gotta put on the boxing gloves on & fight!! Depression can't be fixed by laying on your back & surrendering to it...u gotta be willing to fight hard!! You can do it mate, I believe in you!! Your a winner...& winners don't quit!!
my hands have settled down thankfully 🙂 as a photographer and admin officer i was really scared there for a while 🙂 and i guess drama queens are not so bad after all 😄 and as for my animals in so many ways they lighten my life due to fertility issues we do not have children .I was born a nurture and found that animals were a great help all of my pets are best friends strange i know but they all love each other

Cheers man 🙂 with traveling to brissy and back only to get home be there for an hour then have to go back out in the freezing cold with 8 pups and 1 mummy dog to travel another hour there and back to take one of the pups to the vet and not getting home until after midnight and having to wake up at 4 i am absolutely destroyed hahahahah mentally i feel ok today just so damm tired 😛 bring on the weekend mumma needs a sleep !!!! lol .
