Forums Survey Gift Card Draw - Terms & Conditions

The draw will be held on 7 July 2026 (AEST) once the Forums survey has closed (11:45pm, 28 June 2026, AEST). By participating in the Forums Survey Gift Card Draw, the participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
Only those who fulfill all of the following requirements are eligible to participate in the Forums Survey Gift Card Draw:
- Individuals who have accessed the Beyond Blue Forums.
- Individuals who have completed and submitted the Forums survey.
- Individuals who have chosen to enter the draw to win one of five $100 gift cards and provided their contact details.
- Individuals who have only completed and submitted the Forums survey once.
Individuals who have completed and submitted the Forums survey more than once will not be eligible.
Prize
Five $100 GiftPay gift cards are available to win. Through GiftPay, prize winners can choose where to spend their gift (from 100+ retailers). Prizes are limited to one per person.
Winner announcement and acceptance of the prize
Winners will be notified by email before 5pm, 9 July 2026 (AEST). You must claim your prize by replying to this email before 5pm, 16 July 2026 (AEST). If you don’t claim your prize by this time and date, then your entry will be deemed invalid. An unclaimed prize draw (if required) will take place on 20 July 2026 (AEST).
Redemption
For each winner that has claimed their prize, Beyond Blue will process the GiftPay gift card and send it to their email address with instructions on how to redeem it.
Validity period
The GiftPay gift cards are valid up to 36 months (3 years) after delivery.
