Fortunately/unfortunately

Hey everyone, I like playing games, so I thought that I would start one that I sometimes play with the pre-schoolers at work. It's called "fortunately/ unfortunately". The aim of the game is tell and create a story, kind of like a serial, but the beginning of each sentence or paragraph has to be with words fortunately or unfortunately. The trick is that they have to alternate. It can be a creative, silly or just plain crazy. But the aim is to keep the story going. I'm going to start with.....

It was a bright sunny morning, so today I went to the beach. Unfortunately everyone else had the same idea as I did, but.....

Next person is to continue the story starting with fortunately.

Fortunately, Deeb's being the good natured person she is, relented and gave Grandy and Pammy some more tim tams.

Unfortunately Deebs was sleep walking at the time but nah let's go with good natured yeah like that...like it a lot

Fortunately, we woke Deebi up, sat around together and ate all the tim tams, then we all fell asleep with our filled up tummies.

Unfortunately it seems true sleep walkers shouldn't be woken and deebi got such a fright she lost her balance and knocked poor Pammy and Grandy's Tim tams out of their hands which of course she caught and ate...

Fortunately Mandy was there with reinforcements, to save the day. So Pamela and Karen got their Tim Tams after all.

Unfortunately I don't think so Mandy, Deebi will find away to stop Pammy and Grandy from having some tim tams,

Fortunately 😂 Deebis super state of the sense of smell sussed Mandys secret stash and had already eaten them ..but hey she left the empty packets

Unfortunately Pammy, Amanda and Grandy were feeling faint from hunger so Deebi had to do something quick.

fortunately Deebi being the master-ette at first aid gave them the empty packet/s to eat being the good nurse she is

Unfortunately Deebs is being a very naughty nurse. So I gathered up all my friends (Deebs included) and took them all to the local ice cream parlour (diary free varieties available for Pamela) where I shouted all of you a yummy icecream. Who needs tim tams when you can have icecream and sorbet?
