panic attack or not

HI everyone

I'm very worried about this i usually have panic attack which was minor and recovered quickly but 3 days ago I was in class all a sudden my ear started ring, heat surging in my chest I felt like I was about to collapse I quickly ran out and since that day on I constantly have that feeling I would just sit there I start hearing a ringing, loss sensation of body with chest pain and heat surges It last for a few seconds but comes on a lot in the day and I very frightening I so afraid to go out now because of this.

Sorry to hear that 😞 I don't have advice to deal with it apart from the generalized take in your surroundings (what can you see/hear/smell ect), but you definitely need to let your parents or guardians know, and they need to take it to your school. Good luck

Just reading your post it sounds like you've had panic attacks before which were minor and you recovered quickly, but what's happening now is very different? Is that right?

It's not up to any of us here to decide if what is happening for you is a panic attack or not. This is because panic attacks can look like so many other things; so that's why we always suggest going to your GP first. People often feel like they're having heart attacks for the same reason; it can look and feel just like panic.
Once the GP rules things out, then maybe we can go from there. I can imagine that it would feel very frightening, but I can also imagine that knowing that it's not serious can maybe help a little bit.
