Hello DeidreDear
Its difficult to comment on as we havent heard of any natural remedy being beneficial to diagnosed anxiety. It may help with mild stress levels though....(just my humble opinion after 37 years of reducing anxiety issues)
Note the high purchase price and 'trial offers'
Thankyou for the post DeidreDear!
Paul

Hello DeidreDear..
I haven’t tried that or even heard of it before...
Trying different things are okay...but please Deidre, before you try it can you take them to your gp first..to make sure it’s safe to take..as different meds don’t agree with some other meds...Plus your Dr. will be able to explain if their is any benefit from you using redi calm....
Please take good care of you..
Kind thoughts with some virtual hugs..if you like them...
Grandy..

Hi DeidreDear,
I completely understand where you are coming from and I'm in a similar place. I have been subscribed another SSRI after trying a different one and the side effects were horrible. I went into a manic phase and had headaches as long term effects. By all means, this were my symptoms and not everyone is the same. The second pill the doctor prescribed made me feel really dizzy and nauseous after one dose so I stopped immediately. I am so nervous to try something new so something natural make a lot more sense for me.
I found the practice where Dr Scott Jamison works (creator of Redicalm) and it's a legitimate practice. I emailed them regarding Redicalm to see if they promote it as a practice. I'll let you know what I find.
