Hi T1278910,
Wellcome to our forums.
Im sorry you are feeling this way.
I understand that our fears can make us feel like we want to stop doing things because of the fear.
But the best thing you can do is defy this fear….. you are so much stronger than it.
One thing that I learned with anxiety was the more we listen to it and do what it tells us the more we reinforce the anxiety.
Making mistakes is part of life it’s how we learn and grow.
If you feel as though you need to learn some strategies for your anxiety I recommend that you make an appointment with your gp and discuss how anxiety is affecting your life, you could do a mental health plan together this will enable you to see a psychologist who can give you many strategies for anxiety.
Hang in there, I know it’s hard but you can recover from what you are experiencing with the correct help.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feelings. It sounds like you are stressed as to what comes next. I was exactly like you at your age. I am now 19 in uni and still go through phases of fear.
You said it yourself, you have to be brave. Life is full of mistakes but that is what creates us. Our experiences shape us. If we don't fail, we will never know how to improve.
My advice is to try your very best, and if you still fail, don't make it a big deal. Learn how to improve from your failure. Try and try again.
Stay safe and i am always here to chat.
