Hi

Im Ash, I'm 23 and I'm feeling very alone and in my head all the time. I recently experienced my first time grieving and have been struggling a lot. I've suffered with Anxiety and depression since I was 12. I don't have much of a support network and what I do have I find I just can't be around them at all. I'm looking for people to connect with and really help me get as bit of myself back!

So if you have any book, film, or music suggestions I welcome them or anyone who just wants to chat would be great!

welcome to the forum and thanks for starting this thread.

Grief is so difficult no matter how many times one grieves but the first time can hit so hard and you wonder how you will cope.

There is no use by date for grief and no right or wrong way.If you can follow your instincts and do what feels comfortable. Some people want to talk some want to write, some want to be alone some want company and some want to cry.
