I can only say how sorry I feel for you to have OCD as I've had it for many years myself, and understand the control it can have over us with obsessive and compulsive thoughts and behaviours.
One particular thought can trigger off a various amount of different types of OCD and they can vary from person to person, but generally are linked by actions that must be performed a certain number of times.
People who don't have this illness simply can't understand the reasons why we have to perform these obsessions and/or thoughts and should stop doing them, if they see us, but we can't.
We'd be interested in knowing the types you have, and remember no one knows who we are.
