I want to call the hotline but I am unsure of what it is like and what questions are asked or if I am causing a bother?

When you ring any hotline all they want to do is help you, try and make you feel as relaxed as possible, but know this may be very difficult under the circumstances and try to talk with you to gather how they are able to assist you.
