Hi
Is it only my parents but when I want to tell them my depression is bad or my anxiety is bad they like those things don't even exist and it hurts me very much I cry myself to sleep and I have trusted teachers to tell about friends but I get bullied so much I've tried to stand up for myself
I'm here to talk to anyone

Im not a young person like you but I believe you.
Wow im really impressed you told teachers and try to stand up for yourself.
I had a terrible time fitting in at school.
I would not drink alcohol or do drugs and that got me bullied big time
Your mom and dad not listening to you is making you go to teachers for help.
Excellent I say. As you get older and meet new friends that dont bully you will find a greater peace in your life.
I say excellent because you dont accept people saying its not real and you keep trying to find help. Thats pretty smart of you. Perhaps your parents can make appointment to see doctor and you can tell Doctor whats going on. Doctors understand depression and Anxiety and they take it seriously. Its their job to take what you say seriously. Having the courage to do something about a problem is going to help you so much later in life. Perhaps you could write in a diary to help you scream your frustrations out on paper. Maybe write mom a letter at how you feel. The most important thing is that you are boss of how you feel and if you feel depressed and anxious then that is real The best thing is try other ways to tell mom and dad how serious this is for you and you need help now.
Its nice to hear strong smart young people
