I am now a disability and mental health support worker, I am here to listen to anyone going through a tough time, and tell them it is not your fault for all the things going wrong, sometimes life can be a bit tricky

Hey Adriana
I'm so sorry you have experienced abuse and had been bullied at school. I am not sure what else to say about that, only that I am sorry.
You sound like such a caring person, to offer your help like that. There is quite a few people here on the forums that are living with PTSD. I think they would appreciate a kind listening ear, and you could probably relate well with them, since you know what it is like....
Anyway I wanted to say hello, and give you a big welcome hug.

dear Adriana, after what you have had to cope with from your past which caused PTSD, you really need to be congratulated for taking this issue head on by working in the disability and mental health industry, but I wonder whether there are times when one case has stirred up your own PTSD, because it must be a very difficult industry to put yourselves in.
Is there a difference between coping with another person suffering from their own PTSD, and helping them cope with their situation or just listen to what they want to say, and because you have had it yourself there must be a great deal of affiliation for this particular person. Geoff. x
