Hi Mitch, welcome to the forums.  We are revamping our forums later in the year, so if you have some suggestions on how they could be improved or better laid out, it'd really help us out if you could visit the suggestions thread and pop your thoughts in there:

The forum suggestions/improvements thread

We've also moved this thread to the Young People section, as you're more likely to get replies from similar-aged members here.

Hey Mitch112,

Thanks for your post.

It's great that you're here to provide support and guidance - yay! We can definitely use more of you 🙂

This site is a bit odd (we're working on making it better!) so I do encourage you to tell us what you think it should look like!

What sort of things were you looking to do here - like help out people personally? Or more kinda make suggestions and talk about self-care or staying well?

If it's the first one you can go here - https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/online-forums/young-people and then reply on individual threads

If it's the second one, you can go here - https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/online-forums/bb-social-zone or here - https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/online-forums/staying-well You could also start up a thread there if there's nothing else about.

I hope that this helps! Feel free to ask any questions 🙂

yes both! I have demons of my own. But I also get alot from helping others in the same situation. my approach is more of a personal perspective to motivate and build those seeking help.

Thanks for the welcome 😊 will do!
