Hey, so I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it's manageable, and sometimes it gets out of control. It seemed to have gone away mostly for about 2 years, but now it's back and I'm really lost. At the moment, it's quite severe and I really don't know what I can do about it. I don't have any coping methods or anything that are working right now, so suggestions of things I might be able to look into would be really helpful.

Hello Jess
Here is a welcome hug for you....
I know there is a lot of people in here on the forums that are similar to you. So you might find some more help if you have a look around a bit. I have read about some strategies these people use, like breathing, distractions, and writing out lists. But there is most likely more strategies, I don't have severe anxiety, so I can't really advise you further.
Anyway I just wanted to say hello to you.
With hugs
Shelley anne xx

Thank you 🙂 I've been looking around a bit more, and I've found some helpful posts. Thanks for the coping strategy ideas, I'll read up on them more 🙂
