Hi Lili
Welcome and good on you for posting too!
We are right here for you no worries for general support. Do you have a GP that you can see for your depression? They have really good training on this awful condition nowadays
I feel your pain. Ive had depression for 21 years now but seeing a GP does make it so much better
kind thoughts for you

Hi Lili01,
Seeing your GP is a really good start, even just getting it off your chest and saying out loud can help a lot sometimes! And sorting out a plan with the doctor is a good step in the right direction and you'll know you have a plan of action to follow.
xx

Hi Lili,
Sorry to hear you're having a hard time. Have you talked to someone about this? Going to the GP is a good idea, but if you can't do that or don't feel comfortable you could always ring Kids Help Line if you're under 25 at 1800551800, or even here at beyond blue. You really don't have to go through this alone. In the mean time you should download the app Booster Buddy! It's really helped me with my unhelpful thoughts.
