This is my first post for quite awhile.
Sorry it's been long, but I have been feeling better lately.
But i feel as certain things are getting to me.
Today iv just been feeling down I am feeling a bit isolated and am lonely. I feel I'm just having that time where everything just feels just ****. I am starting my training up again tho I know that shall keep me slightly occupied. But i feel I have no one beside me who cares much. However I do know I have you guys on here, iv just been up and down.
Hope all is well and hope to hear from some one soon

Hi Bec
Really great to hear back from you - do you like my pic? It's one of my daughter's chookens - this one is Nugget - but you may call her Nuggzy as all friends refer to her as that - or just simply Nuggz. 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you've been feeling low of late. How have things been over the past few weeks or so??
I'm sorry to have to ask you this again - but can I please ask what your training is?? Am heaps interested to know - cause when someone says that, I instantly think of some sort of physical/sporting type activity.
Hope to hear back from you soon.

It's interesting you say that...I know Neil had mentioned something about bipolar in one of my other post...However I'm not really sur...I have done some research on bipolar however there are some things that triggered some thought/ideas but then some parts that didn't Match or make sense..considering mentioning it next time I see my physcoligest...I think I'm starting to think that my depression is more to do with my mental state and not a chemical imbalance..The medication does help but has only helped fora certain time, but it doesn't cure depression what cures or is what I think could be a main part is my mind and mental state can change.

Dear Bec
Hey, great to hear back from you.
How is your training going?? What are your favourite events?
You know being there and getting some really good training completed is such a great thing - in so many ways - but it's a brilliant thing to help you tackle and help you with your mental side of things.
And you're absolutely right - that taking medication will not fix you and make depression go away. It's needed to help you with how you're feeling and in conjunction with other things that you've got helping you out, then it can help, but they are not the only thing. I guess, you've actually just got me thinking - where that differs from cancer perhaps - as in, there are some drugs out there that for cancer sufferers, if they take them, then it can kill off the cancer. But a lot of study still to be done on that as well.
Thanx again for your post and will be great as always to hear back from you.
