Feeling a little down on life, I need some good advice

Hi I'm Otto and I'm just over 14 years old,
Recently, I've been feeling very sad and angry. A lot of my friends have abandoned me and I keep having violent outbreaks.
My mind is constantly racing all through the night because of how much I'm worrying about everything. My entire brain feels like it's in a state of turmoil, I have nobody to talk to anymore and I hate keeping my emotions bottled up.
I don't know where I'm going and what I'm supposed to do. I hate being alone, I'm a really extroverted person but sometimes I just want to sit in the corner of my room and think.
I want to be happy, so so so badly but I don't know where to start or how to do it. I've got no motivation, and nothing to look forward too really, I just spend my time listening to music and watching motorbike videos. In short, my life has become really bland and I hate it.
Thank you for spending some of your time reading this, I needed to get this out. I know it's poorly written but it's all I can manage for now.

Hi ottom,
welcome to beyond blue.
Probably the best place to start would be to look at the K10 test on the beyond blue web site. It is quite quick and easy to do and on completion there is a recommendation of the next step/action to take.
Based on your age, what is stopping you from talking to your parents? Alternatively, you could talk with the school counsellor?
Two other options are:
Headspace, ages 12-25, also have a free online 1:1 chat here
headspace.org.au/eheadspace/
Kids Helpline, anyone under the age of 25, have a free 1:1 chat here
kidshelpline.com.au/get-help/webchat-counselling and a 24/7 number 1800 55 1800
I hope some of this helps. And FWIW, your writing was not poor as you thought. I hope you come back and we can chat some more?
Tim

Hi Otto,
I wish I had a long list of things to help you, my personality is quite the opposite as I am very introverted.
The anger you talk about could be helped with maybe more exercise, I know it sounds stupid to a 14 year old boy but it sounds like you need to get something out. Maybe try boxing, martial arts, rugby or anything really, maybe even a sport you used to do and enjoyed that you wouldn't mind doing again.
Talking to someone will probably really help like you've done here by kind of going on a solid rant about your story. I suggest picking up the phone and talking to Kids Helpline as most of them are great listeners and it might be feel good just to let it out. You've got nothing to lose doing so. I don't know if friends and family are an option for you too?
This advice might help but you seem to be in quite a but of a confusing state of mind so therapy might be a good long term solution too.
I hope this helps 🙂

Hi,
The exercise part of your reply definitely helps me as I play rugby union for my school and club, and I play gridiron.
Thank you so much for the advice!
