Hello Enlightenment and welcome to the Beyond Blue forums
Interesting life you are experiencing at the moment Enlightenment. You've come to a lovely community of caring, friendly, supportive and non judgmental people. Others may pop into your thread to give you their views on different aspects of your post.
So your questions is - How to overcome the thoughts of unknown fear of having something wrong in days ahead?
You say you're sleeping okay, just not good in the mornings. Do you mind me asking what you were doing before you came back to a routine life? I might be wrong, but from what you said you need excitement and adventure in your life. How far am I on or off the mark?
Unknown fear for me - is completely related to my anxiety. I used to get triggered and not know what caused the fear. It took be weeks to get to the bottom of it. I've recently worked with my psych on getting to the bottom of this. Did you want more details?
You say you get anxious about the future and your family. Did you want to explain a little more? For instance do you have a partner and children? I would be in a dilemma about wanting to move and get a new job, and to the responsibility of providing home and stability.
How to get in a good mood? Well, there's a lot of different advice you'll find throughout the BB website if you do a search in the search field for - depression facts. Also, there is a thread - Depression Fight It or Embrace It started by Dools, you'll see what others do or don't do.
Kind regards
