Hello, I’m new and this is my first post.
I’m 25 and have been struggling to cope with stress and my personal relationships the last 2-3 months. Last year I went through a pregnancy termination which is causing me a lot of grief and feelings of failure. I’m in a new relationship and have been having low moods every few days which is causing me to get angry and fight with my new boyfriend. I feel lost and alone and living by myself is making it worse. I’m trying to find new techniques to help me cope with all of this but feel like I need a support group.

Hi
Welcome to BB here we support each other and never judge. Its 100% safe.
Due to my MH i have had several terminations. We all have very personal reasons for having the procedure and its never easy. Probably the positives are at least you know you can have a baby when the time is right in your life and i honestly believe every woman who does terminate thinks it is best in the long term. I had my son after 2 procedures and a 3rd due to nearly being in hospital with postnatal depression. It might be time to have a good cry and maybe do a little something personal to grieve. I know i did after mine and it really helped with my depression.
You really need to see a GP as well. The body can take a long time for hormones to calm down.
Please keep posting so we all know how you are
