Hi all, newbie here, I'm not really sure where to start but I suppose I'll start by making some introductions, I'm 27, female and dx with bipolar spectrum disorder, cyclothymia is the "soft bipolar" dx that reflects my symptoms the best, but I suppose I don't fit nicely into a category. I also experience ALOT of anxiety and the occasional panic attack. I'm here to find others who share similar experiences to mine and can shed some light on it all

I see you identify with bipolar spectrum disorder. There is a thread in the Long Term Support Over the Journey. It's the last one on the list. There is a thread called This Bipolar Life which you may find interesting to read and perhaps add your own comments.

Welcome to the forums thanks for introducing yourself.

I was diagnosed with bipolar when it was manic depression before you were born, so I now feel old!

As Mary says there a lots of useful threads. You are most welcome to come to This bipolar thread and you can meet some nice friendly people.

It is great you have taken this first step. I know it can be a bit daunting but this is a friendly ,safe and caring place .
