Hi mindyblack dog, I only just started looking at these forums recently too. I've already read lots of stories from people who are very brave and strong, and I've seen other members give wise and compassionate advice in reply to all manner of posts. Maybe you could try creating a thread in one of the specific pages to get responses specific to your situation - no pressure now of course but just to consider. I know how gut wrenching depression can be, and so do lots of the people here. So I'm sure you'll find comfort here.

hi Mindyblack dog, just before I start my puppie is called Mindy or Moo-Moo as a nickname, but I'm pleased that you have joined us.
Depression is such a completed illness, because what it can do is cripple us in a way other people would never understand or want to understand, and that's where the problem begins, because most of the time they believe that we are only putting on an act just so we don't have to do what they think we should be doing, so confusion and disappointment only addsonto your depression.
You wonder why people don't want to try and know why you are suffering, simply because it's far too hard for them to even comprehend, so they disappear off the radar, so you are left by yourself, but here on this site there are different people who can relate to what is troubling you, so it's lovely to have you join us. Geoff.
