Hi BHK,
Welcome to the forum!
Depression is a major burden, but fortunately more is understood now about how to treat it. It's great that you are seeing a psychologist regularly, and are sorting the appropriate medication for you. Do you get the prescription from your doctor (GP)? As you may well know, meds should never be discontinued or changed in dose without the advice of a medical professional.
Here is a great online resource on working through the symptoms and challenges of depression: http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/infopax.cfm?Info_ID=37
It would be great to hear back from you 🙂
Best wishes,
Zeal

Hi and welcome BHK to our caring community here on BB;
You haven't given much information, but oddly enough, what you have said has a wealth of insight..nice one! It'd be good if you could elaborate on your situation though, we're eager to read people's stories and be of assistance when we can.
My name's Sara and I'm a volunteer supporter for BeyondBlue. Your courage to post and ask for help is well received, I know how hard it is to begin. I hope you'll continue to write knowing we're here and care.
I see you've joined as a BlueVoices member...good on you! The more the merrier. This also gives me hope you're here with us for a while; yes?
Feel free to explore links, sections and threads that may be of interest or value to your specific situation. And, there is the opportunity to contribute any wisdom of your own to help others in need. That aspect of BB is very desirable for some who care and want to 'give'. For a light hearted chat, the 'BB Cafe' can be a good place to strike up conversations and get to know those of us who visit BB regularly.
So take care and get back to us soon...we're here for you.
Hugs...Sara
