Hi everyone
i recently found this space and after feeling like I can’t talk to anyone close to me due to them having their own life issues I decided this is a good place to talk and get advice from others who understand what I going through.
Im a uni student (constant pressure to succeed) who has been struggling with anxiety since high school and In the last few year my depression has returned. I am getting professional help but I find it helps to have someone else to talk to in between sessions when I’m i the middle of one of my down weeks.

Hi WildatHeart and welcome to BB.
I just wanted to say welcome, and it's good that you are also getting some professional help. I too joined BB not too long ago, and have found it a great source of support and understanding. Tapping things out of a keyboard seems so much less confronting than having to talk to people. I mean, face-to-face is great, but sometimes, you (meaning me, and maybe you too?!) just need that little 'buffer' between yourself and the rest of the world.
And the best part is that you (and me) can log on here at any time, twenty four seven, and just tap out what's on our minds, without having to make and wait for an appointment.
So again, welcome. Hope you get from here what you are looking for. Xo
