Hi
I suffer from anxiety, and lately depression too, and have emetophobia.
I feel really overwhelmed and just can't copy anymore, life is just too hard.

Hi,
I think you're very brave to reach out. You sound very pained and exhausted- like you're at the end of your tether. I'm worried about you. Can you tell us a bit more about why you feel you can't cope anymore?

Hello lonelyworrierwoman
Dottie123 is spot on...you are brave for reaching out....I have had acute anxiety and depression for many years and I feel your pain.
I am only a volunteer on the forums but it would be good if you write back.
There are many people on the forums that can be here for you. It would be great if you wish be a part of the family on the forums...
My kindest thoughts for you

Hi Lonely Worrier,
I don't have much more to add to what the others have said, but here's a little message of support and love from me.
It can feel like you're drowning now, but the surface is there so you can just catch a breath. And we're here to help you get there.
