Hi I am alone with CPTSD since Covid19 happened it is worse for me as I live in a small unit by myself. I try and walk every day for exercise but live with an autoimmune disease so I have to live in the moment. I love listening to yoga/relaxation music, find it very calming and also been doing some deep peace meditation online which has been very helpful. The walls feel like they are closing in on me here its a tiny unit I live in. I live with chronic pain which I manage with physio when I have the energy and walking/sometimes ride the push bike is nice. My life has been so abnormal sometimes I feel like ET trying to phone home.

Oh thank you Sophie, just answered my own question about updating my thread. Was looking at the posts in the PTSD section and didn't know what you mean. All good yes I can update no problem. I did post on the PTSD forum just a min ago. Felling so much better and thanks for that info re: coronavirus etc will be very useful to me. Much appreciated. When you have so much trauma in your life its bad enough in normal circumstances but with coronavirus it's made it all so much worse but thanks to all the online resources I will get through it. Feel very supported on here already making it easier to cope with everything knowing I'm not alone that there's so many people on here with their own struggles don't feel like such an alien anymore.
