Hi Neese,
Welcome to the forum!
I'm sorry to hear that you have suffered from anxiety, depression and panic. As Jess said, you can post back and talk more about your situation. If you don't mind me asking, do you regularly see a doctor (GP) or other professional? If not, I highly recommend seeing a GP for a referral to a psychologist.
Here are some online resources that you can save to your computer favourites as a point of reference:
http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/infopax.cfm?Info_ID=37 (depression)
http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/infopax.cfm?Info_ID=44 (panic)
http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/infopax.cfm?Info_ID=46 (anxiety)
It would be great to hear back from you 🙂
Best wishes,
Zeal

Hey neese07
Welcome and thanks for posting again.
I used to live in Country SA too 🙂 I know how hard it is to access help. Sometimes if you have a chat with your GP he/she can help push for a referral. Also headspace can be a great place to go and I know they have a few of those around SA. They are for ages 12-25. I know the wait can be exhausting but once your in it's often easier. Are you at school at the moment? Only ask because often schools have their own counsellor that can be helpful too.
I'm glad to hear that you've been interested in relaxation and breathing techniques; what sort of stuff do you use and find helpful?
There are so many different things that can be handy - some people like mindfulness, others colouring, guided meditations, muscle tension and release exercises... all sorts!
