My first post

I guess this is my introduction..
I suffer from Depression and Anxiety, I am on my second type of medication,
I will admit my anxiety is a lot better than it used to be..

But I have been struggling with my depression of late, I'm up and down and when I'm down, I feel really down.
Which is common with depression anyway, but it feels like I don't have a lot of people to talk too, mostly because so many people don't understand what it's like for us every day... But I'm hoping I've found a good little community here..

Could I please suggest a Youtube video for you to watch?

It's a song from a musical that has helped me immensely, and I hope it does the same for you.

Type this in the Youtube search: "Dear Evan Hansen you will be found", and click on the video that says "Original Broadway Cast Recording"
