Hi Startingnew,
I'm doing ok, a few things have gone my way lately. I'm starting a new job Tues. I use to work at the same place, and I know the Manager. I cried during my interview, but they are willing to still give me a trial run, which is so good, lifted my confidence a bit.
I think just chatting on here has helped also, I'm not feeling so alone. Checking in for replies, and checking out what others are going through, and seeing the support its great.

Hello Jem.... Just wanted to let you know ( so hopefully you will not feel alone or that you are the only one) that I cry a lot also. I have heard it can be good for us... helps let out our stored emotions. And tells us we are alive and are human or something.

Hello
I have a bit of a busy wknd, running my daughter around to her State Volley Ball games, she has 2 this wknd. lucky its a long wknd . Her games are always at Mt Lofty, its a good 45 mins from home. Very cold down there too.
What about you, what are you up too for the wknd.

Thank you Shelley anne, I'm nervous about my job, but being busy will be good, take my mind away from things. I need to build my confidence up cause it was destroyed in my last job I hope this works out.
Yes they do say crying is good for you, but mine is over the top, it takes over me and I can't stop it. Its not making me feel any better either, more embarrassed, and I want to hide away.

If you find your getting more worked up while crying try taking a few deep breaths. Sometimes we just need to breathe.
