Hi

i I should reach out and see if this may lift my spirits up . I have family members near me however due to the nature of this situation I removed myself from them.
I work in health care, part time, although often are absent from work due to my mental health.

Im not depressed, but anxious and fearful, with an array of emotions that are causing my spiral downward . This is why I’ve decided to reach out and ask for help.
I feel stuck and this pattern is causing me to lose interest and focus with my life.

the ongoing external pressure and stress is ongoing and a constant struggle due to the lack of support from higher authority such as police . I try to release my thoughts however it’s impossible because of the nature of my situation.

Im trying to remain calm and positive and hope for support and possibly some positive energy from you guys.

 Lot of love

Hello and welcome to the forums,

Thank you so much for sharing your story with our community - it sounds like things are really challenging with your anxiety right now... but despite how you are feeling, we can see that you are reaching out and asking for support, which takes so much courage - that is a massive win in itself. 🤩

If I am understanding correctly, it seems like a legal issue is making your anxiety feel quite activated and therefore making it hard to show up for work/yourself? It also seems like you aren't feeling comfortable or safe enough to reach out to family right now, which must be so tough. It would be really difficult managing all of this on your own... what supports do you currently have around you? Maybe we can work together to figure out how to increase your support network overall? 😊

With all that you are experiencing, I am getting the sense that daily practices of self-soothing could help with how you are feeling. Releasing anxious thoughts starts with noticing and soothing the bigger sensations you are feeling in your body; that is when the thoughts start to slow down too.
