Hi everyone.
Im just starting out here.
My life has been very challenging since i was a child. Of course all the wrong things happened to me when i was a child. But anyway...now i have ptsd, cluster B personality disorders and major depressive disorder with psychotic features.
I struggle with depression so much, its really hard to live my life. I struggle to get out of bed, to be a good mum and wife.
I just wish things would get easier.

I have to ask you the obvious questions to begin with and that's whether you're taking medication and/or seeing a psychologist/psychiatrist, and I only ask these because it's good for us to know, so if you could get back to us that would be great, then we can try and help you, and please don't be afraid, this is an anonymous site but it has many different types of people who have gone through their own terrible experiences. Geoff.

Hi Bluesky,
Life certainly has been hard for you; you've clearly been through a lot. Your childhood sounds very traumatic. You must be so emotionlly exhausted considering all you have been through and are currently going through.
It's admirable that, despite your struggles and hurts, you still strive to be a loving mum and wife. Dare I be bold and say that I hope you also manage to squeeze in some time for yourself- some self care- between being a mum and wife. You're important too, you know.
Kind thoughts,
Pepper
