Hello Miss Megz, and welcome,
This place has a lot to offer. Take a look around, check out some of the threads in areas which interest you. Be sure to read the guidelines for each area before posting. I found that to be useful.
I find people here are warm and generous to all. Like one community of many members, reaching out for support, and offering what support we can in return.
Hope I'll see you around soon.

Miss Megz
Welcome to this support forum.
when you feel comfortable you can tell a little about yourself.
I feel recovery is a journal not the destination as there will be ups and downs and struggles along the way.

Hello Miss Megz, when people join the site, sometimes they don't know what to say or even where to begin, so how do you start when your life has been hampered by so many problems and how can you possibly recover and is it possible for people to understand what I'm talking about, well yes, because we have been through and probably very similar situations like you have, people will know what you're saying, all it takes is a little confidence, and I'm not talking about our normal confidence, but just opening up to us.
Take your time.
Geoff.
