Hi, new to forum, but not new to depression

Hi All

Just introducing myself. New to the forum, hoping to get support and help others. 

First became ill with clinical depression and anxiety at about 21 years old. I am now 36 years old. The anxiety seems to have been treated but I am still struggling with depression.

Will post a thread in the depression section.
