Hello MH41
Welcome and good on you for having the courage to reach out and post with us !
I understand you as I used to have severe anxiety that has morphed into depression and it is an awful place to be in for sure
The forums are a rock solid safe for you to post MH41. I joined the forums in early 2016 after being made redundant and I was really stuck and took me many weeks to get the courage to post.
There is no judgement here MH41 🙂 We only provide the best support we possibly can
I really hope you can post back when convenient for you!
you are not alone
my kind thoughts
Paul

Hi Paul,
Thanks for that, it means a lot. I'll take it on board.
I'm out of work at the moment and have other issues going on in my life at the moment that are getting me down.
Thanks
Matt

Hey Matt
Thankyou for the kind reply. You are strong by reaching out and posting with us.
I am in my 50's and ex corporate management/human resources. Are you having any luck in finding employment or is the anxiety/life issues making it tough for you?
just a note.....if we didnt have new members these forums wouldnt exist. Thanks for being here with us 🙂
my kind thoughts
