Hello and Welcome AxolotlsRCute
Yes a person can feel depressed and eat well. Lack of appetite is only one of the many symptoms associated with depression
I'm sorry you are feeling depressed. It is common yet unpleasant to experience
The forums are a non judgemental and safe place for you to post
I hope you can elaborate on any of your feelings. There are many gentle people who can be here for you
my kindest thoughts

hi and welcome.
each person may experience anxiety and depression differently to other people. If things are such you feel low thinking about the past or worrying about the future etc, to be able to talk to someone can be helpful. As Paul said, hope you come back to share more of your story.
