Hello Mrs Moo
Welcome to the forums and thanks for posting too!
It can be awful to feel like we are in quicksand with anxiety. It would also not help your feelings with your husband pulling away either.
There are really kind people here on the forums that can support you Mrs Moo. You have 3 children as well. If you feel like letting us know any of your symptoms we can try to help you more.
Your GP can be a huge help if you are finding anxiety in your life. It is a great place to start so you can find some peace. Can I ask why your husband has pulled away from helping you?
It would be great if you could write back. You are more than welcome to do so.
Kind thoughts
Paul

Hi Mrs Moo,
I can't imagine how it feels to be mentally unwell and have partners/children to care for. It is brave of you to share your experience and fears. I am also new to the forum so I hope I am not asking anything inappropriate but do you have any support systems in place besides your husband such as a doctor/counsellor etc?
I am sending you positive thoughts..
