40 year old victim of fate

Well I'm on here (new) so I guess something is not right, I mean it's taken the best part of 4 years to come the conclusion that I might be having some sort of internal issues.

the struggle of life just slowly squeezes, bit by bit, not always tighter but never releasing. As you start to breathe again your air is restricted again by the pain of LIFE. It's not a bad pain it's just a constant reminder that your not free and once again the gasping of air starts.

We know blood is thicker than water but no one will tell you that life is thicker than air. Deep breath.

Hi Blue,

Welcome to the forum!

I'm glad you've come here for support after four years of being unsure about what's going on with you emotionally. If you don't mind me asking, why are you a victim of fate? Though this is a broad question, I am curious about your thread title. If you would like to talk about what in your life is causing difficulty, you can post back here. Once we know more, hopefully we can offer advice.

Best wishes,

Zeal

Hi BlueFifo,

Welcome to the forums. Hopefully you will be able to gain insight through suggestions and answers directed to you and also through your own searching for threads that are similar to how you are feeling.

There is a lot of information in resource form as well you can access.

I too am wondering how we can help you. From your title are you telling us that you are a depressed fly in fly out worker who may be finding the whole routine of being absent from loved ones difficult to cope with?

From the words you wrote in your thread I am wondering if you are suffering from depression or anxiety or maybe a bit of both or neither.

Life can be difficult when you make progress then feel like you are taking backward steps. Or when you get up just to fall down again.

Is this how you are feeling right now?

As Zeal mentioned, people here are willing to listen, to help and to share ideas.

Hope you feel okay to elaborate on how you are feeling.

Cheers for now from Mrs. Dools
