REMD - anyone tried it

Hi all

has anyone tried this rapid eye movement depolarisation treatment for PTSD? My GP and several mental health nurses have thought it might be beneficial for me. I was also told that DBT might be good for my bipolar as well but no one in my town offers this. any suggestions would be appreciated
