A few things that help me and might be worth a try:

Good nights sleep, avoid caffeine, exercise in the afternoon (even just a walk, it pushes that nervous energy out), eat the foods associated with assisting the nervous system (just do some internet research on this one), take some vitamins and practice relaxation.

These are just a few things to get you started, they have always helped me when I'm jumpy and on edge with my Anxiety.

dear LeedsUnited, if you aren't taking antidepressants then try St John's Wort's it's a natural antidepressant as well as a relaxing herbal but you can't have them with any medical antidepressants. Geoff.
