Doctors, Therapist - Diagnosis, Help

Hi currently new to this forum.

I am currently homeless and couch surfing. I have been to jail and still having issues with drug dependence. I also have many undiagnosed health/mental issues stopping me from doing work that Centrelink wants me to do etc. They told me to find a doctor and therapist so they can try put me in DES.

I used to see a regular doctor in my area but he has shut up shop and I only found out when I went there this year to find he not longer a doctor.

I now need to find a new doctor for my case. I am going through hard times atm with pressure from Centrelink.

Welcome to the forums. It sounds like you are frustrated with everything that has been happening, and the pressure Centrelink has put on you has not helped. I understand you're currently couchsurfing. Are you aware of any GPs near your currently location, whom you can consult? I am currently couch surfing/homeless

I am on medication treatment daily.

I need to see a doctor and get a diagnosis on my depression/anxiety. My other doctor just shut up shop and took off don’t know why. So need to find a new doctor.

I need to see a doctor about my vertigo that has been occurring for longer than 6 months.

I am still on drugs.

All of this has been a hard time for me to goto work or do any job active activities. I have been in DES in the past but I think my assessment that I had before was not assessed properly and didn’t have proper paper work then since my doctor shut up shop.
