Anxiety and Sleep Disorder

Anxiety is disrupting my sleep pattern. I have restless nights and then fatigue in the morning. How do you cope with this issue?

This can be tough. When this happened to me, I tried meditating and reading before going to bed. I  also did seek the help of a healthcare professional for therapy and medication.

I have the same issues, what has helped me is a bed time story as silly as it may sound. It helps me to focus on someone else there voice besides my own. If that didnt helped then I allow myself to take a nap during the day, because those help me most of the time.
