The thought of maybe having to take anti depressants is very scary. Ive always thought once you take them if you stop you will just fall back into the way you were before . Please share your insight. Is it worth it does it work please any advice is very much appreciated xx tash

Tash, of course you're scared. We all need that breathing space, and the professional support and meds will afford you that. You have taken a strong and determined step forward along the path of survival and happiness. Well done!
You will discover your breathing space. Embrace it. Use it to your benefit and for that of others in your life. Be proud of yourself that you have taken this positive step; and don't ever hesitate to post in these forums.
I also endorse what Geoff mentioned about going off meds just because you start to feel better. I did that once and it was long before I was fully ready. Not a good idea at the time. 🙂

Thanks for your views on it all. One step at a time I suppose. Its nice to know that im not alone even though sometimes it feels like it .
