My wife's anxiety is getting worst and has being going on for years, she excepts that she has anxiety and believes she has it under control, she is studying naturopathy and is treating her self, I'm worried that things are going to get worst before it gets better (if ever). I need advice on how to help her.

Hey micksmyman,
First of all, welcome to the forum.
Straight up, it's been my experience that if people don't want help you can't give it, they have to want to change and right at the moment your wife feels she has everything under control. She has to be the one to make a conscious decision to try something else. She sounds like a very strong women.
Anxiety is not a life threatening illness so try not to worry too much.
James.
