dear Asd, something happened so you may get half an answer as well as this, but I will assume that there isn't so I will start again.

So I want to thank you for coming to the site and offer you a warm welcome.

You brother has one of the worst types of depression and I feel so sorry for him as well as you and the family.

Please don't be upset when I say this, because we are talking aloud here, but I hope that he isn't taking other drugs.

It's best not to argue with him because this will only put him off taking them.

His doctor is able to prescribe other medication which will stop those weird feelings that he doesn't want, so maybe you should go back to his doctor and tell him/her what's happening, but also ask them about giving him an injection which is long lasting, and perhaps suggest that the crisis team from the hospital can come out and give him the injection as well as the medication to stop these feelings, which would be the best option.

I don't think that he will take them orally, either again or for at least awhile, so the injection would be the best for him.

We know that he needs this medication, so I hope that you can get back to us. Geoff. x
