To all the beautiful people 🌞
Words placed in a particular order can have a profound effect on us.
Words can bring us a moment of comfort, give us a different perspective, or change the course of our thinking and outlook entirely.
I would like this to be a space where we share quotes that have meaning to us or that have the potential to bring some comfort or encouragement to somebody, even if just for the moment in which they are reading it.
I will start.
Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow." - Mary Anne Radmacher
Go gently with yourselves lovely people.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”

You might think you don’t matter in this world, but because of you, someone now likes themselves a little bit more because you made a passing comment that made them feel good.
Someone has read a book you recommended and they got lost in the pages.
Someone has remembered a joke you told them that made them smile to themselves on the bus.
Someone has tried on an outfit and felt beautiful because you complimented them on it.
Never think you don’t have an impact, your fingerprints can’t be wiped away from the little marks of kindness you’ve left on the world.

Just for today, keep it simple.
Don't be so hard on yourself.
Look at your life for all you have
gained rather than lost.
Look at your path for
everything you have got through
rather than everywhere
you think you should be.
Celebrate rather than criticise.
Experience rather than expect.
See how that goes. Just for today.

Here's some guidelines to life which I think we could all benefit from following:
Live without pretending
Love without depending
Listen without defending
Speak without offending

When life is hectic and you are overwhelmed, and your brain is like a squirrel darting across a busy street, remember that all you have to do, at any given moment, is the next thing. You can manage that. Also, you should drink some water. Maybe have some chocolate or something. You're doing fine.

This is for anyone going through a rough time:
Resilience is very different than being numb.
Resilience means you experience, you feel, you fail, you hurt.
You fall.
But you keep going.
- Yasmin Mogahead
So...take a breath...hold on...and just keep going...if you need to pause for a break, that’s okay too xoxo

Be nice to yourself
.... It's hard to be happy
when someone is mean to you
all the time.
