Hey Ozm8ey
I'm totally with you on this one!! I don't know if you've read my posts with my current attempt to give up. I went almost 5 days and then the emotional pain got me on xmas day and off to the shop I went for a packet of trusty smokes.
My latest mission is to find a way to deal with the pain in a healthy way and then I'm quitting for good.
Maybe we could start an online support group here on BB
Cheers Amamas

Hey Ozm8ey
Just an addition, Suz on here and I are about to start the quitting process. We are hoping to online support each other on here. If you're interested to join us that would be awesome! I've read somewhere that support from people doing it together is a very powerful way to quit.
Cheers Amamas

dear Ozm, I had replied back to you and had given you a web site to look at, maybe I gave it to Amamas or it didn't go through the filter, anyway there are sites to google which would be helpful for you, Amamas and Susan to look at, such stop smoking. Geoff.
