Small achievement you managed to do today....How did it make you feel? Did it help you feel better today?

Hi everyone..

Their are days when just getting out of bed is a huge achievement...Other days we can achieve things like washing up the dishes or clothes, sweeping the floors, mopping the floors..very mundane and automatic robot like chores for the mentally well...They do these chores without even thinking about them...for people struggling with their mental health..these are huge tasks...

Very often I’ll get my vacuum cleaner out to vacuum ...then it will sit their for days, me looking at it, walking over it...until I can get motivated enough to vacuum..after I do find the motivation to vacuum...I am pleased with myself...
Right now I have a small foot cycling peddle machine, sitting on my front veranda..I got it out last week..to start exercising..it’s still their, I’m still looking at it...My thoughts each night is I’ll use it for a few minutes tomorrow..

My car hasn’t been washed getting close to a year now I think...Today I did managed to wash it....and discovered that it has a nice shine on it.....I did it...I achieved something positive today..which made me feel better in myself...

Have you achieved a little something today...and how did it make you feel...If you want to share that achievement it might make other people a bit more motivated to achieve something they need/want to do..

Looking forward to hearing about your achievement....and how it made you feel..

Little steps and achievements can lead to bigger steps..and bigger achievements...

My kindest and most caring thoughts...everyone.
Grandy...

I ate an apple today! I've really been trying to increase my fruit intake recently, and apples are delicious, so it worked out well.

I love this thread, good on you everybody for all of the things you have achieved. No matter how big or small, an achievement should always be celebrated and you should all be so very proud of yourselves!

I had a great start to my work morning today, smashing out all of my tasks without an ounce of procrastination! It feels so good to not have to stress myself at the last minute to get everything done and instead, utilise my time to get everything better organised for the upcoming weeks!

Now onto getting my monthly planner for April filled in and organised so I can stay on top of everything!

Wishing everyone a day full of joy and peacefulness

Making happy 'music' on my app on my so--&so phone today, while wanting to go back to sleep... waiting for a delivery from the Pharmacy, so I am needing to be up , tired as I feel... but the happy sounds are so much better than listening to neighbours.

Hello Everyone...

I just got my first booster....I was brave today..

Sitting here in the observation room, how strange is it, when the mind finds strange little twinges in the body...when we are thinking about such things..

My kind thoughts everyone..and well done...

Good on you Ggrand, I get my booster first thing tomorrow,

I always tend to go grocery shopping with my partner but today I went by myself! I am an adult but since I got used to always going with someone I can sometimes get social anxiety if I go by myself. I am getting used to it though!

I do online shopping now, click and collect straight to boot.
worked it tomorrow to be ready straight after my covid booster To collect my groceries.

I decided to ignore certain negative comments from family and just changed the topic.

I saved myself about $15 by choosing not to get a burger after work! Such a small thing, but I've really been trying to save recently, and this took a lot of willpower.
