Hi everyone,

Please feel free to share your "life lessons" here that you have learnt (or are in the process of learning) along the way 🙂

This is a place for you to share your lessons learnt from times of joy as well as times of loss and pain (and all the other emotions in between).

I hope this thread becomes a place of collective wisdom and learned experience.

May the sharing begin...

Love,

Pepper xo

Hey V.,

Thanks for the support 🙂 Yes, look after you. I've seen some of your posts and I feel for your loss and pain. Not much I can do other than to say, I'm so sorry, and to offer a ridiculous number of virtual hugs.

Kind thoughts,

Pepper xoxo

Pepper

just seen this thread, didn't know you had a few.

Very interesting.

I must be a slow learner because I sometimes make the same mistake.

Quirky

Hi Quirky,

I always appreciate your visits 🙂

I don't think you're a "slow learner" as you put it because I think many of us can intellectually understand a mistake. But intellectual understanding doesn't mean we are emotionally ready to process a mistake if that makes any sense...so we repeat mistakes. I do that too for sure, that is, repeat mistakes.

Kind thoughts,

Hi,

Sometimes you learn that your best isn't good enough.

It's a bitter pill to swallow but a reality of life sometimes.

Pepper xx

Hi Pepper,

Ouch that's a hard lesson. Does it relate to anything current? Are you alright?

My life lesson of the day... If you feel like crap multiple hot cups of tea are in order! What's your poison? Mine is Earl Grey 😊

Hi Quercus,

Thanks for asking 🙂 Your're very kind and thoughtful.

Sighs...current or not, I suppose that doesn't really matter. I think what matters to me is the lesson learnt. You're right about the "ouch" part.

Sage advice about the tea. I don't mind Early Grey but I'm admittedly more of a coffee drink than tea drinker. As for teas, I like English Breakfast or Peppermint or Chai tea 🙂

Thanks Quercus.

Dearest Pepper;

I haven't seen this thread either till now. Sorry...

I'm sorry to hear you've had a reality check. I've seen some muso titles that may give an idea of where you're at??

Enough is 'always' enough! Feeling confident in knowing you've done your best regardless of how it's taken, validates you. Asking questions about why 'they' feel what you've done isn't enough, puts the ball back in their corner.

If you could describe 'that' hard lesson, what would it say? The challenge? Try to make it sound positive and productive.

Love Sez xo Mwah!

Pepper,

are you ok? Does it feel ok or awkward to share your lesson?

I suppose I have learnt and I am getting older every day , your best is always good enough but sometimes other people do not appreciate your effort. It is always good enough for me that I have made the effort.

That is my take for what it is worth.

Pepper you are very special be kind to yourself and keep being you because you are wonderful just the way you are.

Quirky

Hi guys,

Sez- please don't apologise; you have not doing anything wrong. Oh yeah, the music does indeed speak volumes...

Sorry, I can't quite put a positive spin on it just yet. Maybe one day...lesson is still sinking in.

Love you; moon, arts and all xoxoxo

Quirky- I don't know if I'm okay or not but I'm here, and thanks for asking. It means a lot that you reached out 🙂

Yeah, hence the bitter reality part...I hear what you're saying though...

Thanks, not sure about the wonderful part but I am who I am. For better or for worse. Lol.

Love,

Pepper xoxo
