Sometime I might be cleaning or at work and the negative thoughts can sink in. I was at my doctor and he said just don't think about them and try not to dwell on them and sometimes at home I'm cleaning and I get angry about my life but today I put on music as I cleaned is it a better way to deal with bad thoughts.do u just have to accept that life doesn't always go you on way and u might feel better and life might be a bit raised it feels a bit better the noise of the music kind of blocks out the negative thoughts so just asking thanks

Hi Gizz, Great to hear that you had a wonderful weekend. Care to share what is upsetting you?

I think I should not have gotten off the antidepressant I was on with out the doctor helping me have to go back on them r u on any medication if u don't mind me asking

May I ask why were you off with your med? What made yo decide to not take it.. I am not under any med.

I thought I was ok but I was wrong

May I asked what or how yo ensure that you were ok with the decision that you make?

I was on them for a couple of yrs and then I decided to get off them I know it was a stupid mistake I'm only human

Gizz, don't blae your self. I understand that no one wants to be in medication for long time. It's frustrating and annoying. We drop taking them believing we are curable. That's good. You believe in yourself and that's good.. Doctors give med as they believe it works and ensure we are curable taking med. But believing in one self is also curable.
