Sometime I might be cleaning or at work and the negative thoughts can sink in. I was at my doctor and he said just don't think about them and try not to dwell on them and sometimes at home I'm cleaning and I get angry about my life but today I put on music as I cleaned is it a better way to deal with bad thoughts.do u just have to accept that life doesn't always go you on way and u might feel better and life might be a bit raised it feels a bit better the noise of the music kind of blocks out the negative thoughts so just asking thanks

Hi the only socializing I do is at work or talking to my parent's or my sis still trying to get used to the meds hope u have a speedy recovery
